You may request a return within 30 days of delivery

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• unused, unworn, and in original condition
• returned with original packaging and any tags included
• accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
3. How to start a return

• your order number
• the item(s) you wish to return
• the reason for return (and photos if the item is damaged/incorrect)
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
4. Return address
Returns must be sent to the address provided in your return approval email.

5. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and item. We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.
7.Return shipping costs
• If you are returning an item due to change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
• If the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/incorrect item), we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
8.Non-returnable items
The following are not eligible for return:
• final sale / clearance items (if marked as final sale)
• gift cards
